STEP 1 - Inspection of raw materials
All materials are individually inspected and verified against strict standards. Inspection is especially thorough for empty toner cartridges. The inspection involves a visual inspection of dents, scratches or sign of too much strain. If the cartridge body has any broken parts it is immediately discarded. Components are also inspected for conformity to industry standards.
-
STEP 2 - Splitting / Dissembling the Toner Cartridge
Empty toner cartridges are carefully disassembled and split. The cartridge is split using a custom splitting equipment to preserve the integrity of the cartridge.Different cartridges are dissembled in different ways using a variety of equipment.
-
STEP 3 - Cleaning toner cartridges
The toner cartridge is methodically cleaned with industry-approved cleaning machines and solutions to remove residue toner from the Cartridge.
-
STEP 4 - Assembly
Our factory-trained technicians assemble all cartridges with compatible components. The assembly process includes the installation of a pre-qualified drum (OPC),wiper blade, doctor blade, PCR, magnetic roller, and smart chip. Except for the outer shell, no components are re-used by us. This ensures there are no mid-cycle failures when using our cartridges.
-
STEP 5 - Toner filling
Each cartridge is precisely filled to the exact OEM specified weight. Toner hoppers are filled with premium toners, which are technically matched to the OPCs (drum)for optimal yields and printer performance. We use Toner filling machines, which give accuracy up to 0.5 grams. This ensures that the Cartridge yield is equivalentto OEM yields.
-
STEP 6 - Sealing
The toner hopper (the cavity in the cartridge that contains the toner powder) is sealed to create leak-proof cartridge so that no toner leaks either during transit. The Seal needs to be removed by the user before installing in the printer
-
STEP 7 - Post testing
Each cartridge is post- tested based on industry standard print tests to ensure outstanding performance and OEM-comparative print quality. In case any defect is found, the cartridge is sent back for rectification to the assembly line.
-
STEP 8 - Packaging
After final inspection, cartridges are cleaned, polished, heat-sealed in a static resistant bag, then packed in specially imported Air bags and finally boxed incustom-designed recycled box. The plastic bag protects the cartridge from UV rays. The Air bag ensures that cartridge is not damaged in transit. The CorrugatedBoxes are also designed to accord protection during transportation. We use Carton Sealing and Box Strapping machines to pack all boxes.
